VI peel
WHO IS A GOOD CANDIDATE for a VI peel?
The VI Peel can be a great choice for anyone who wants to reduce the appearance of fine lines, minor wrinkles, dark spots, sun damage, uneven skin tone, rough skin texture and minor scars, including acne scars.
The VI Peel is considered safe for all skin tones, but if you have darker skin, there may be an increased risk of hypopigmentation which can be discussed with you during your initial consultation.
It is not designed to treat more advanced signs of aging, like deep lines and wrinkles or sagging skin. The VI Peel can still offer benefits for your skin’s tone and texture, but if you have deeper lines, you might want to consider other complementary treatments, like Botox or fillers.
what to expect with a VI peel
VI Peels are medium-depth chemical peels that penetrate through the Dermal-Epidermal Junction to the papillary dermis. VI Peel offers six medium-depth peel formulations that make the most impact, with the least amount of pain and (if any) downtime.
VI Peels focus on lifting and exfoliating those skin cells to allow our body to produce new cells that are healthier and less pigmented. The process of exfoliation also smooths the surface of our skin creating softer smoother texture.
